Are you service-oriented and enjoy customer contact? We are looking for an engaged store employee who can work in a store in Hallsberg & possibly Örebro.

About the Position

In this role, you will primarily work at the cash register and assist customers with payments. You will handle the company's business system and perform tasks such as invoice printing and order placements. In addition to cash register work, you will help in the store by restocking items, keeping order, and answering customer inquiries.

As you are the company's face to the public, a good service attitude is crucial – every customer interaction should be characterized by professionalism and commitment.

The work takes place in the store in Hallsberg and possibly Örebro, depending on their staffing needs. Therefore, it is advantageous if you have a driver's license and access to a car to easily commute to the store. We prefer that you are available at least three working days a week, from 7 AM to 4 PM.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and enjoys a role with daily customer contact. Building relationships with both new and returning customers feels natural to you. Previous experience in cash register work is advantageous but not a requirement – we offer training for the position.

You are social, outgoing, and have a good sense of numbers and administration. Standing at the cash register for an entire shift is a natural part of the job for you. Customer satisfaction is important to you, and you approach both customers and colleagues with professionalism and positive energy. We are also looking for someone who is meticulous, quick to learn, and thrives in an efficient work pace.

We highly value personal qualities and prefer candidates with a background in sports or community activities. Please share what activity you have participated in, how it has shaped you as a person, and how it can contribute to your role as a store employee.

Other Information

Start: Immediately
Scope: Part-time as needed, sometimes full-time
Availability: At least three days a week, every other Friday during the spring to start with.
Working Hours: Varies. The stores are open from 7 AM to 4 PM.
Location: Hallsberg and/or Örebro
Advantageous: Driver's license and access to a car

As this position is a need-based employment, you must have AHS (another primary occupation) such as studies.

This position is part of our staffing business, which means you will be employed by PerformIQ but work at our client's location.
